Community Connectors are citizens who provide an important link between their friends, family, neighbours and colleagues, and the support available to them in their community. They help people to access support, advice and activities that could improve their health, wellbeing and quality of life.
Come along to one of our workshops and find out how you can help members of our community access information on a range of subjects, including: physical and mental health support; housing and debt advice, befriending, meeting new people, getting active, community transport, older people's services, support for families and young people; plus a whole host of other groups and meet-ups.
This is an informal role.
Our next FREE workshop is on Wednesday 28th November, from 10am to 12pm at Chard Town Hall.
You can book your free space here.
