World Book Night is a national celebration of reading and books that takes place on 23rd April every year. Events are run up and down the country in celebration of the difference that reading makes to people’s lives.
In honour of World Book Night, we've teamed up with Somerset Libraries and have 90 copies of 'Thinking out Loud' by Rio Ferdinand to give away.
'Thinking out Loud' shares Rio's story of meeting, marrying and losing his wife Rebecca. Described as a powerful and emotional insight into the personal life of a well-known figure, it's particularly important in discussing how men grieve, and think about their feelings.
We're particularly interested in offering the books to groups who can help us to reach people who don't regularly read.
You can find out more about 'Thinking Out Loud' at https://worldbooknight.org/books/17326759
*Maximum of 3 books per organisation, collection only from the Spark Somerset office.
