New award-winning digital support sessions in Highbridge

Spark iT, our digital inclusion project, have launched new, free tech help sessions open to all ages and abilities at the Purple Spoon Café in Highbridge.

Available every Monday between 10 and 11.30am at their premises on Huntspill Road, Digital Champions will be on hand to help with anything related to being online. Whether you need more confidence to use your digital device safely or help to access services and support, the Digital Café will be open to help with any questions, no matter how small.

If you’re interested in inspiring and assisting others in your community to get online, you could become a Digital Champion. You don’t need to be a technical whizz, you just need patience, people skills and good digital skills. If you might be able to spare an hour or two to help others get online, please visit the Spark iT page over on Spark a Change.

The Spark iT team are also looking for new community partners to work with around the county. Find out more, including the location of your nearest Digital Café, by visiting the project page here, or get in touch by emailing sparkit@sparksomerset.org.uk.
