A Theory of Change is a specific and measurable description of a social change that forms the basis for planning, ongoing decision-making, evaluation and impact measurement.
It encourages you to reflect on your goals and plans in order to discuss them with others and to make sure they’re clearly understood.
Join us for this 3-hour, online session where you will explore your purpose and impact before working through the processes and practicalities of building a theory of change that will drive for outcomes and impacts.
This interactive session will guide you through drafting your own theory of change and testing it with other participants, ensuring you have a coherent approach at the heart of your impact measurement.
