Led by Grahame Paine, Chair of Trustees for Spark Somerset, we’ll discuss how to ensure your board is working effectively. We’ll look at some of the challenges and opportunities you may face as a Trustee, effective succession planning, how to identify areas for development and share some practical tools that can help you in your role.

You will also have the chance to network with people from different organisations, share best practice, exchange peer support and discuss opportunities for collaborative working and learning.

This forum is open to anyone who volunteers their time as a trustee or director for a voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) organisation or community space in Somerset.
