Terms and Conditions of the Somerset VCSE State of the Sector Survey Prize Draw
Thank you for completing the survey and entering the prize draw to win a £250 donation to your organisation, courtesy of the Somerset Community Foundation.

- This prize draw is being run by Somerset Community Foundation Yeoman House, Bath and West Showground, Shepton Mallet BA4 6QN, and administered by Spark Somerset, registered charity no. 117943, whose registered office is Monks Yard, Horton Manor, Horton Cross, Ilminster, TA19 9PY. No other company or organisation is involved in the running of this competition.
- Entrants must be aged over 18 years and involved with a VCSE (voluntary, charity, or social enterprise) organisation.
- The prize will be awarded to a formally structured not for profit with a bank account in the same of the group, of the entrant's choice.
- The prize will not be awarded to an individual.
- There is no fee to enter this prize draw, but the survey must be completed in full in order to be eligible.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted, multiple entries will be excluded.
- The closing date for this prize draw will be 11.59pm on Friday 24th Januuary 2020.
- By entering the prize draw, the entrant is accepting these terms and conditions.
- Somerset Community Foundation reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
- The winner will be chosen with a random cell generator on excel. Your data will not be uploaded onto an online picking system.
- The winner will be notified via email within two weeks of the closure date.
