Coffee & Connect is a new networking opportunity for Somerset-based fundraisers, and anyone responsible for generating income for their community group or organisation.
These monthly sessions, held online or in person, will provide an opportunity to share knowledge, discuss challenges and support each other in navigating the complexities of fundraising, particularly in these challenging times.
Our goal is to create a collaborative space where you can build your skills, exchange resources, and strengthening the local fundraising community.
Who is it for?
This session is aimed at anyone who works for or volunteers with a VCFSE group or organisation in Somerset and has responsibility for fundraising.
About the facilitators
Your facilitators for this session will be Louise Treacher and Dr Miranda Millan, Funding and Enterprise Consultants at Spark Somerset.
Louise has worked in the community and sports development sector for over 30 years and now runs her own consultancy business supporting profit for purpose organisations to find and secure funding and to become more financially sustainable.
Miranda has successfully fundraised millions of pounds for third sector organisations. As a Company Director, Governor and Chair of Trustees, she has been designing and delivering training, campaigning, and leading on charity management and governance for more than ten years.
