Led by Mike Belch, retired project management consultant and former trustee of a number of Somerset based organisations, we will will focus on the potential risks your small or medium-sized charity may face in terms of governance and in the delivery of your charitable aims, and provide practical tips on how you might manage them.

You will also have the chance to meet people from different organisations, share best practice, exhange peer support and discuss opportunities for collaborative working and learning.

This forum is open to anyone who volunteers their time as a trustee or director for a voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise (VCFSE) organisation or community space in Somerset.
