All across Somerset, community groups and venues are opening their doors to provide a warm, welcoming space for anyone who needs it.
A warm welcome awaits...
As the cost-of-living crisis continues, many community groups in Somerset are preparing to open their space as a warm hub to help vulnerable people during the winter months.
Every space will have something different to offer—whether it’s free food, activities, support with your wellbeing, or somewhere to charge your phone or use a computer.
Opening times for Warm Welcome spaces may vary over the festive period so please check with the venue before visiting. Please read our disclaimer here.
Offer a Warm Welcome
If you would like to open your doors as a Warm Welcome space or need some help to get started, our team is here to help.
Warm Welcome Somerset is supported by the Household Support Fund ‘Help Through Winter’ programme. This programme is funded by Somerset Council who are working alongside partners across education and the voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise sector to deliver essential support to families and residents.
