Somerset Activity & Sport Partnership (SASP) are looking for an individual who has a passion for sport and activity, and an understanding of some of the barriers to participation for less active or less engaged children and young people.

The post-holder will work with local communities to support the development of opportunities for children and young people to engage in sport and physical activity.

They will be required to work with schools, local authorities and community organisations, and bring the voice of young people and the support they articulate they would like to these bodies.

There will also be an element of active travel work with schools within this role.

The position is fixed-term for three years. Some evening or weekend hours may be required.
