Taunton Foodbank are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Operations Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing their day-to-day operations.

Taunton Foodbank is part of the Trussell community of Foodbanks. The charity are dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing food insecurity by providing emergency food parcels to those in need. They also work with other charities and organisations seeking to help their clients out of food insecurity.

Taunton Foodbank are seeking an Operations Supervisor who will be responsible for the effective delivery of the Foodbank’s day-to-day operations. The post-holder will lead and work with staff and volunteers to ensure that the Foodbank has sufficient resources to deliver a quality service to their clients, and will often be the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have leadership skills, and experience of managing a team. They will be highly organised, with administrative skills including the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.

Experience of working with and/or managing volunteers is desirable but not essential.
