We’ve produced a special booklet designed to help South Somerset residents look after their mental health and wellbeing.
Right now, it’s more important than ever to remember to take care of your mind as well as your body. Everyone will be reacting to the pandemic in their own way, and might be feeling down, worried or anxious. It’s ok to feel like this - these are normal reactions to uncertainty and challenging circumstances.
COVID-19 has had an impact on many of the normal coping strategies we use to deal with stress, and on the everyday activities that underpin our emotional wellbeing. We may need to be more creative and thoughtful about how we look after ourselves.
The booklet contains practical information on things you can do to look after your mental health and wellbeing, and how you can support others.
