Somerset Youth Alliance needs a new look, and we want the young people of Somerset to help! 

The Somerset Youth Alliance is a group of organisations that are working together for young people in the county. This includes helping clubs, groups and organisations to operate safely, offering youth work training to staff and volunteers and providing networking and learning opportunities. 

Young people are at the heart of what we do as both individual organisations and together as an Alliance, and that’s why we’re inviting them to design our new logo. 

If you work with young people in Somerset, please let them know about this exciting opportunity to get creative! The logo can be in whatever style they like, as long as it’s their own work. They may also have the opportunity to work with a designer to bring their design to life!

Not only will the successful entrant see their design showcased as the official logo of the Somerset Youth Alliance, they’ll also receive a £250 Amazon voucher for their club, group or organisation! 

We’ve got a design brief pack with more information, but a brief overview of the terms are: 

• Entrants must be aged between 11 and 19 years 
• Entrants must attend a youth group in Somerset (the youth group does not need to be an Alliance member) 
• Entries must be submitted by a staff member or volunteer so that we know they have come from an organisation 
• The deadline for entries is 5pm on Saturday 30 November
• One entry can be submitted per person, per form. However organisations can submit as many forms they like.
