This is an exciting new role within the SARSAS team.
The potholder will work collaboratively within an integrated team of counsellors and support workers, who work across Avon and Somerset providing a trauma informed, service user led service for survivors/victims of both recent and non-recent sexual abuse.
This role will provide a triage service for adult and child (13+) survivors / victims of rape and sexual abuse, families/carers, and professionals.
The Pathway Navigator will be the first point of contact for people accessing SARSAS services and will be responsible for managing referrals and assessments through a high-quality telephone triage and crisis response service.
The salary is £24,692 per annum, it’s a full time post, working 37 hours per week on a permanent contract.
