We’re working to reduce social isolation and improve wellbeing in South Somerset
Being part of a thriving community is important for our health and wellbeing. It creates opportunities to connect with other people, try new things, and share our skills and knowledge. It makes us feel happier, valued and supported.
Through the Take Part project, in partnership with Abri, we're reaching out to residents in Somerset. Our aim is to empower people to manage their health and wellbeing, and look out for one another.
We'll also be working with other groups and organisations to signpost to reputable information and explore new ways to support our communities.
