A cash flow forecast is the key to better financial management. Join us to learn where to start.
Did you know that the number one reason that businesses fail is because they run out of money? Having a cash flow forecast can help you to make sure this doesn’t happen to you, as well as being a valuable tool to help with business planning. In this session we will explore how to create a cash flow forecast and the ways in which you can use it to help your organisation’s financial management.
