Free Ways To Wellbeing training, delivered by Chardwatch C.I.C. on behalf of the Somerset Mental Wellbeing Service
The Somerset Mental Wellbeing Service provides support to people with low to moderate mental health conditions. The workshops are suitable for anybody who would like to work towards finding their own potential and resources to support their wellbeing, in a group setting.
The course covers self-management techniques, self-resilience and peer support. It's an opportunity for participants to develop their confidence and feel empowered to take responsibility for their own wellbeing, build relationships with peers and gain an understanding of how to mutually support one another.
