Second Step are a leading mental health charity that’s been putting mental health first for people in Somerset for over 30 years. With a mission to promote mental health and wellbeing, Second Step work with the NHS and local authorities to offer housing, support and hope to thousands of people with mental health and complex needs. They hope to deliver change for everybody and every community they work with, providing practical help and emotional support tailored to each individual and their recovery.

Recovery is personal and unique to everyone, and Second Step work in a way which helps people build resilience, notice triggers, mend relationships, and find a way through. Their aim is to build safe and trusting relationships with people to aid each individual's recovery; helping them recognise what they need from others to feel safe and how the communities in which they live and the services they use can help them.

Bank Worker; various shifts and hours, £13.18 per hour (closes Friday 26 April)
Recovery Navigator (MINT); 1 full time role, 1 part time role, £24,620 per annum, pro-rata for part-time (closes Sunday 28 April)
Digital Communications Officer; 18.5 hours per week until March 2025, £26,058 pro-rata. (closes Monday 29 April)
Recovery Coach; 37 hours per week, £24,620 per annum (closes Wednesday 1 May)
